Biography

Kaylin R. Jarecki is a family law attorney at Bieser Greer & Landis LLP. Her work centers on divorce and child custody and visitation cases, and she is known for bringing a strong advocacy-based approach to cases that involving high conflict and deeply personal issues. Kaylin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. At the University of Cincinnati, she served as a Policy Fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project, working directly with Ohio legislators. During law school, Kaylin served for several years with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, providing 24-hour crisis intervention and court advocacy to victims of violent felony crimes. She also served as an Ohio Crisis Response Team Member with the National Organization for Victim Assistance. In addition to practicing law, Kaylin currently serves as the Chair of the Dayton Bar Association's Family Law Section and has been published by the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. She holds more than 40 certifications through the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime and has completed over 200 hours of specialized training in victim services. Outside of the legal space, Kaylin currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Miami Valley Housing Opportunities.
