Biography
Jamie represents the third generation of his family to be a Law Partner at Bieser, Greer & Landis. He also represents the seventh generation of his family to practice law. His Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather started practicing law in 1823.
Jamie is a Civil Trial Lawyer and practices in State and Federal Courts. Examples of cases he has litigated include, but are not limited to, Professional Liability, Business Disputes, Shareholder Disputes, Trust and Probate Disputes, and Product Liability. In addition to preparing hundreds of cases through discovery, depositions and motion practice, Jamie is very familiar with the Courtroom. He has advocated for his clients in numerous evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and Trials to the Court. He has tried over 40 Jury Trials over the years. Most of those Trials have taken over a week to try and they have ranged from as short as 3 days to as long as 6 weeks.
