  • Tried over one hundred matters including business disputes, class actions, products liability, personal injury, civil rights and criminal cases
  • Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1979
  • Montgomery County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for two and one-half years starting in 1979
  • Adjunct Professor, University of Dayton School of Law (trial practice and evidence)
