- Civil litigation including handling of insurance defense cases, defense of direct actions against insurance carriers; declaratory judgments under policy provisions; defense of attorneys, police officers, hospitals, physicians, psychologists and other professionals in professional liability claims and handling of complex commercial and business disputes
- Tried over one hundred matters including business disputes, class actions, products liability, personal injury, civil rights and criminal cases
- Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1979
- Montgomery County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for two and one-half years starting in 1979
- Adjunct Professor, University of Dayton School of Law (trial practice and evidence)
