- Civil litigation includes defense of numerous product liability, toxic shock, asbestos, legal and medical malpractice, personal injury, employer intentional tort, civil rights and police liability cases
- Represented the Dayton Board of Education in desegregation case which included two appeals to the United States Supreme Court
- Briefed and argued many cases in the appellate courts of the State of Ohio and in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals
