    • Civil litigation includes defense of numerous product liability, toxic shock, asbestos, legal and medical malpractice, personal injury, employer intentional tort, civil rights and police liability cases
    • Represented the Dayton Board of Education in desegregation case which included two appeals to the United States Supreme Court
    • Briefed and argued many cases in the appellate courts of the State of Ohio and in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Lieutenant United States Army, 1959-62
  • Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1966
  • Montgomery County Probate Court Legal Deputy, 1966-68
