- Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1966
- From 1967 to 1969, served as an instructor of Law at the University of Liberia Law School in Monrovia, Liberia and during this period of time was in charge of a nationwide training program for lower court judges and magistrates
- Member of the law firm of Bieser, Greer & Landis since 1966
