Biography
Jim Fleisher's litigation practice focuses on medical malpractice defense on behalf of physicians, nurses, and other medical care providers. For the past 30 years, he has also practiced in the field of white collar criminal defense, and has represented white collar defendants in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. These practices have led to significant courtroom experience in a variety of state and federal courts.
Mr. Fleisher is an experienced civil attorney as well. He has successfully represented clients in matters brought by the SEC, FINRA and the NASD, has defended attorneys and physicians in professional liability actions, and has participated in private arbitrations and mediations in civil cases. He has also represented various financial and insurance professionals in matters before state licensing authorities.
