- Litigation of cases involving contract disputes; complex commercial and business disputes; business break-ups; fraud and interference with business relationships; trade secret and non-compete agreements; land-use, property and zoning disputes; will contest cases; defense of hospitals, physicians and other professionals; and, attorney discipline cases
- Appeals of civil and criminal cases; argued appeals in the Ohio Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and various state appellate courts
- Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1996
- Member of the law firm of Bieser, Greer and Landis since 1996
- Adjunct Professor, University of Dayton School of Law (legal writing and appellate advocacy), (Fall 2000, 2001 and 2002)
